With the tenth studio album titled "Khaos Ebony Flame" HAISSEM continues to surprise its fans. It should be recalled that originally formed as a melodic black metal project, HAISSEM has already explored totally different genre paradigms from time to time in the past. However this time it finally leaves the waters of melodic black metal and bewilders its audience with slightly avant-garde progressive black metal. According to Andrey Tolok — the founder and the mastermind of the project — this is because opposite to many other musicians he just does not produce a shitload of different projects to satisfy his spirit of experimentation. “My audience is not that large to get scared away by such an approach” — he says.
