Phosgendöd is a side project of Turkish brutal death metal vocalist Batu Cetin, known for his work with Cenotaph, as well as his involvement in bands like Drain of Impurity, Grotesque Ceremonium, and Molested Divinity. The project has been active since 2015 and now finally unveils its debut album. The record features 18 tracks of relentless and furious grindcore, raw crust, D-Beat, and pure sonic chaos—an toxic assault of sound with blazing blast beats, growls, and screams in the classic old-school grindcore style. Unfiltered, unrefined, and fiercely fast, it rejects modern trends. No polished sound—just the raw screech of scorched earth in the final days of time.
