More Hate Productions presents the fourth album by the one woman band from the Volga region playing old school, raw metal vaguely nostalgic about the years of heavy metal reign. Each new album in the discography of the project had been more emphatic, skillful and mature. With this album DRAKAYNA probably reached its peak and found its unique sound and image. This angry, uncompromising opus weirdly combines violent rage and philosophical calm, condemnation of human stupidity and staying in peace with it, acceptance of the inevitable end of all things. The album is based on a death and thrash metal foundation - these genres perfectly fit the atmosphere escalated by altiloquent lyrics, while the isnerts of progressive music are symbolic of being on the edge of sanity. Fast solos storm into the ears, pushing listeners deeper and deeper to the chthonic depths and decay. However this is a whim of neither god nor devil. Desintegration is inherent in human nature itself.
