MHP present “Tales of Hogsmeade Village” - the third full-length album by SLYTHERIN. As the name suggests, the band continues the exploration of the universe created by J.K. Fowling in her series of novels. Those who are already familiar with SLYTHERIN will find no changes in this regard as compared to the previous releases of the band. However, the music of SLYTHERIN has changed significantly. Atmospheric black metal performed by the band has become much gloomier. With increased tempos and blast beats unrepresentative of the previous albums, the sound of SLYTHERIN has become more aggressive and thick. Nevertheless, the music of the band has lost neither its epicism nor stahlwartness. These characteristic features that have formed the idiom of SLYTHERIN, are given a more sinister connotation on “Tales of Hogsmeade Village”. This is the gloomiest album in the discography of this American band so far.
